Past President C. K. Glover, a member since 1968, shared several documents from 2000-2001. 2000 is the only year a membership directory was published. The club was meeting at Fredericksburg Square on Caroline Street.

I found it interesting that Robert Lee Hodge was our speaker in September 2000, just a couple of years after “Confederates in the Attic” was published.

The Free Lance Star article published June 2, 2001 includes interesting information on our round tables and battlefield preservation organizations. The story was written Donald Pfanz. Four of our past presidents are captured in the photo on page 8.
